Refund policy

We understand that sometimes products may not be the perfect fit. However, due to the nature of our herbal products, we are unable to offer refunds on opened or used items. 

Exceptions:

We will happily replace or refund your purchase if your herbal product arrives broken or damaged in transport. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Within 24 hours of receiving your order, notify us by email at wellness@householdherbs.com or phone at 615-784-8079 with your order number and a brief description of the damage.
  • Photographic Evidence: Please send a clear photograph of the broken or damaged product(s) for verification purposes.

Once we receive your notification and verify the damage, we will promptly process your replacement or refund. Replacement products will be shipped upon confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please Note:

  • We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or side effects experienced from using our herbal products. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before using any herbal products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications.
  • Shipping and handling costs associated with returning damaged products will be covered by Household Herbs.
  • We reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time without prior notice.
